Not everyhing is perfect all the time, not even your beloved laptop.

To get the best help, you might need to allow our IT Technicians to access your computer. Since we don’t have a teleportation device, here’s what you need to do:

1. Please download the install-free small program compatible with your operation system (Windows or Mac).

2. Run the download program. It may be in your Downloads folder.

3. Give the 9-digit code to your IT Technician.

When you want to end the support session, be sure to quit the program.
